We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Partnerships Coach. In this role, you'll work closely with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You'll take the time to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
