About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced team as an HSE Advisor, providing expert guidance on Work Health and Safety legislation and systems.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE plans and procedures, conducting regular site inspections and assessments, reporting and documenting findings, and collaborating with Site Supervisors and Project Management teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop HSE policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement risk control measures.
  • Provide training and support to site staff on HSE matters, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely.
  • Monitor and review HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.

About You:

We are looking for a highly competent and committed HSE Advisor who demonstrates strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of working to strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and systems, with experience in developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Site Supervisors and Project Management teams.
