Process Intelligence Engineer - Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled professional to translate our strategy into practical, operational tools that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.

This role is about impact where it matters most: ensuring operators and supervisors have predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and results dashboards that are accurate, timely, and aligned with site priorities.

  • Main Objectives:
  • Develop and deploy site-level solutions that bring process intelligence strategy to life
  • Support predictive analytics, monitoring, and dashboards tailored for operators and supervisors
  • Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot tools to ensure they remain effective and trusted
  • Train and mentor users in how to interpret and act on insights, building local capability
  • Capture and share success stories that enable replication across other sites

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or data analysis
  • Enjoy working closely with frontline teams to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Balance attention to detail with an understanding of operational priorities
  • Explain insights in a way that builds trust and confidence
