We are seeking a passionate and driven leader who can inspire our team, deliver an exceptional member experience, and grow our studio to new heights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of fitness industry experience, a Cert IV in Fitness, and proven sales experience with excellent customer service and people leadership skills.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for managing a team of coaches and members. You will be required to motivate and guide your team to achieve their goals and provide an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-energy team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow membership and revenue

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of fitness industry experience
