Customer Service Officer

About the Role:

This is a part-time contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a hardworking and passionate team.

The Customer Service Officer will report to the Coordinator Goodwood Community Centre and work across multiple community centres, promoting community capacity building, social inclusion, participation, connection, and wellbeing.

This role requires a customer-focused individual with experience in venue hire administration, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to community members.
  • Administer venue hire and event bookings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Support community programs and events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a community setting.
  • Experience in venue hire administration or similar.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to support community programs and events.
