Public Relationship Officer


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Public Relationship Officer to play a key role in helping us connect with guest speakers, community partners, and award bodies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about networking, community-building, and public engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure Guest Speakers: Identify, contact, secure, and coordinate external speakers and facilitators for our flagship programs, including the Public Speaking Club and Student Care Initiative.
  • Support Award Applications: Work closely with the executive team to identify award opportunities, coordinate submissions, and manage a calendar of key deadlines to raise our public profile.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with community organisations, student clubs, and multicultural networks to increase visibility and foster collaboration.
