Field Service Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units, including preventative service and breakdown repairs, in a timely manner.

You will maintain a professional level of customer service with all clients and customers, as well as maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets, and other administrative documentation.

In this role, you will also assist the Field Service team at customer sites when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Manual Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
  • Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience within the forklift industry or a similar field.
