We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Success Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their goals are understood and supported through data-driven insights, day-to-day operational management, and proactive communication.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use our platform's data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights. Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews logged and tracked in our CRM.
- Cross-Selling and Growth Opportunities: Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships.
- Contract Renewals: Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships. Track renewal success rates and outcomes influenced by your involvement.
- Account Management: Support the needs of our clients' day-to-day operations.
- At least 2 years experience as a CSM or similar role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- A strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Proven success managing and presenting to clients. Managing publicly listed companies will be highly regarded.
