Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful.
Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250 M to revolutionise digital advertising.
Design strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle that focus on upselling opportunities and performance improvements (e.g.
new products, channels, audience targeting).
Launch and manage client campaigns according to agreed timelines and budgets, collaborating with the Ad Operations team.
Be the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Track client satisfaction, campaign success (targeting 90% KPI achievement), and identify areas for incremental revenue growth.
Own the quarterly incremental revenue targets for key accounts within your portfolio.
Share campaign performance reports regularly, tailored to client preferences (weekly/monthly).
Monitor live campaigns closely and work with internal teams to optimise where needed.
Communicate any campaign issues or updates clearly and proactively with clients.
Deliver post-campaign reviews within one week of campaign wrap-up.
Escalate complex issues when necessary, summarising challenges and solutions attempted.
Lead regular internal syncs to align strategy, status, and client needs with wider teams.
Use internal platforms (e.g.
Salesforce, Slack, Jira) to manage tasks and information flow efficiently.
Maintain high standards in client service and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed3+ years of experience in media, advertising, or tech—ideally in client services, account management, or campaign execution (internships included).
Understanding of digital advertising trends, programmatic technology, and privacy regulations in the Australian market.
Hands-on experience supporting direct or programmatic campaigns.
Basic knowledge of platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Live Ramp, etc.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to draw actionable insights.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a client-first approach.
Proven record of maintaining and growing key accounts.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Well-connected with agencies and advertisers across Australia.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving challenges.
