Job Description:

We are seeking talented graduates to join our 18-month rotational program, offering hands-on experience in different produce categories at various locations across Australia.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to industry-leading professionals and develop knowledge of crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation and soil management.

  • Crop Planning: Assist in setting up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilisers, pesticides and techniques.
  • Pest and Disease Management: Monitor crop health and diagnose issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).
  • Irrigation and Soil Management: Collect and analyse data on crop performance and yield.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you should have a recent graduate degree in agriculture, horticulture or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
