Horticultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Horticultural Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and agriculture, with at least 3 years of experience in maintaining vegetable gardens and small orchards.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and developing the company's gardens and orchard, ensuring they are well-manicured and productive.
- Assisting in the daily tasks of general farm duties, including mowing lawns, pruning, and weed spraying.
- Working closely with the team to ensure the highest quality of produce and maintain a safe working environment.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. If you are a hard-working and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about horticulture and agriculture, we would love to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in horticulture and/or farm work.
- Australia Work Authorisation.
- Ability to work physically demanding hours.
