Project Engineer Role

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes through the management of subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.

  • Achieve project delivery KPIs as defined in the scope of works.
  • Continuously oversee production performance against schedule.
  • Contribute to financial performance through appropriate business acumen and decision making.
  • Monitor performance and quality, taking corrective action where necessary.
About This Role

This role will be responsible for delivering projects within nominated regions, across various scope of works to achieve commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project work, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Monitoring subcontractors and workforce performance to ensure project plans and milestones are met within budget.
  • Reporting daily site events on a timely basis.
  • Measuring and reporting on progress against key KPIs and SLAs.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with an engineering qualification.

  • Previous maintenance or construction experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • A sound understanding of operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications or technical service industries.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements.
