We are seeking a talented Membership Services Representative to join our thriving Milton Zap Club. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering premium customer service, building strong relationships with members, and driving member growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional member experiences through personalized service and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members to drive growth and retention
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • Interest and passion for health and fitness
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
