Installation Scheduler Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Scheduler to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the installation of our products from inception to completion according to predetermined timelines.

The Installation Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all aspects of install jobs by working closely with internal and external departments. This includes maintaining installation policies and procedures, checking paperwork for accuracy and completeness to ensure successful execution of work orders and project close-out.

  • Coordinate all activities among internal and external departments.
  • Maintain installation policies and procedures.
  • Check paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate, organize, and submit project documentation as required.
  • Negotiate and authorize project change orders and addendums.
  • Generate installation schedules, progress reports, and exception reports.

This role also provides support to the Customer Service team during busy periods.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with contractors.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in a technical support role with leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
