**You'll need**:

- Significant glazing experience.
- Ability to organize a team of around 10 installers.
- Experience in pricing and producing fabrication information.
- To operate across the business as a 2IC (Second-in-command).
- IT skills and interest in implementing new processes.
- Hunger to grow the business.
- Excellent personal and management skills.
