Kitchen Installation Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cabinet maker to take on a management role in our kitchen installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move into a leadership position and be responsible for overseeing the installation of kitchens across Queensland's Northern Gold Coast and Logan regions.

About the Role:

  • To project manage kitchen installations from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and meets customer expectations.
  • To coordinate and oversee trade schedules, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and within budget.
  • To build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • To lead and motivate a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in cabinet making within the kitchen industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and oversee trade schedules.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of installers.
  • Highly established and proven check measuring and detailing skills.
  • Computer skills in business systems, CAD programs, and office essentials.
