Virtual Financial Coach Role

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Virtual Financial Coach is to recruit new participants to the Saver Plus program via virtual platforms and assess their eligibility and capacity to develop a savings goal along with developing a budget.

Key responsibilities include providing ongoing support and coaching to participants throughout their Saver Plus journey.

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of social and financial exclusion in Australia
  • Familiarity with programs addressing these issues
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including community sector peers, ANZ and relevant government departments

Desirable: Diploma level qualifications in a relevant field, with demonstrated experience working with low-income families.
