About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Savings Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new participants to our virtual financial literacy and matched savings program.
The primary focus of this role is to assist people on lower incomes to save for educational expenses by providing ongoing support and coaching throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit new participants to the program via virtual platform
- Assess eligibility and capacity to develop a savings goal along with developing a budget
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants
Requirements:
- Diploma level qualifications in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in working with low-income families
