Job Profile

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Program Leader. This role involves overseeing the implementation and delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans that meet the needs of diverse groups of children
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and the community to deliver excellence in early childhood education
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Nominated Supervisors, and the service Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma qualification in a relevant field
  • Have experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
