Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth and expansion in the APAC region. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new industries and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals, monitor market trends and customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Campaigns & Market Development: Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and events to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, tailor strategies for key accounts and high-priority markets, and leverage partnerships with local associations and industry influencers.
  • Brand & Product Marketing: Ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all campaigns and communications, work closely with the global product marketing team to launch localized product initiatives, and develop promotional tools for new sectors.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Measure and report on key KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline impact, and continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to Field Marketing Managers, manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, and execute regional initiatives effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience with leadership roles, proven success in B2B software or technology industries, and strong experience in field marketing and demand generation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
