Marketing Leader for APAC Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in the Asian-Pacific region.

  • Develop and lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our expansion in APAC
  • Establish Squarespace's cultural relevance through the planning and execution of strategic Community & Culture programs
  • Build and manage a high-performing APAC marketing team to implement holistic marketing plans
  • Select, manage, and oversee local partners or resources (briefing, providing strategic direction, executional oversight) and active partners, customers, and vendors to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives, including the monitoring and tracking of projects from start to finish
  • Foster growth and impact across all major international indicators: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through market analysis, customer insights, and data-driven decision making
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners, vendors, and customers
  3. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  4. Mentor and guide the APAC marketing team to achieve business objectives
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
