Concession Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Concession Manager to join our team in new concession locations across Myer nationally.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional store experiences for customers. You will be responsible for leading the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding products and delivering customer-led experiences
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and succession planning for store success
  • Maintain a safe work environment and promote wellbeing for team members and customers
  • Build and maintain the store roster, balancing customer and team needs
