Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly-skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in a dynamic environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential, and efficient administrative services to the Executive Team.

This is a contract role offering flexibility and autonomy in your work. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Executive Support: Proactively manage diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Documentation & Research: Prepare high-level documents, including briefings and agendas, and conduct research to ensure executives are fully prepared for all meetings.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, Board members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and respond to complex issues, providing solutions and keeping executives informed of critical matters.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Support position essential.
  • Previous experience within the public sector is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional Communication: High-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Discretion & Professionalism: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and implement effective solutions to changing work situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level digital literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must hold a Police Clearance within 12 months.
