Elevator Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
- This is a permanent role with a focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits within your defined geographical area/territory.
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fixes.
- Liaise directly with customers while on site to build a good working relationship.
- Hold trade qualifications as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic/Electrician with an Electronics Degree/Diploma/Certificate.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven successful experience in elevator maintenance/repairs.
- Be certified in electrical work and have a valid driver's license.
This position involves working independently, using problem-solving skills and being proactive in resolving issues. It requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
