Aboriginal Community Health Support Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage the Aboriginal team, working collaboratively with broader health teams to achieve the team's goals.

What You'll Do

As an Aboriginal Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Aboriginal team to improve community health. This involves collaborating with broader health teams, providing guidance and support to early-career staff, and reporting to the Aboriginal Coordinator – Mental Health Services.

You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance access to services and health outcomes for the Aboriginal community.

This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A high level of cultural awareness and understanding of Aboriginal issues is also essential.
