Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow into a broader HR role with support and recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders and team members within structured HR frameworks.
Support HR processes including performance reviews, training coordination, and compliance
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting to ensure policy and legislative compliance

Requirements:
A service-oriented attitude with a focus on building strong working relationships and delivering quality outcomes
Experience in recruitment and/or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, blue-collar or manufacturing environment
Familiarity of HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
Organised, detail-focused, and effective communicator
Comfortable working within structured protocols and established systems
