Job Title

  • Oversight and facilitation of participant access to counselling, wellbeing, and other therapeutic services are critical to this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing case management support to participants in redress schemes.

Skill Requirements:

  • Victim-centric case management experience: A high level of expertise in victim-centric case management is required for this role.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are essential for the success of this role.
  • Policy Frameworks: An understanding of policy frameworks for restorative justice is also highly desirable.
