The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing redress schemes that acknowledge past harm and provide support to individuals who have experienced trauma.
- Oversight and facilitation of participant access to counselling, wellbeing, and other therapeutic services are critical to this role.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing case management support to participants in redress schemes.
Skill Requirements:
- Victim-centric case management experience: A high level of expertise in victim-centric case management is required for this role.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are essential for the success of this role.
- Policy Frameworks: An understanding of policy frameworks for restorative justice is also highly desirable.
