Job Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to the effective running and maintenance of the ICT network infrastructure and initiatives, assisting in the development and operations of school administrative systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and supporting ICT network infrastructure and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of ICT administrative systems and databases.
  • Installing equipment and software, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Providing technical advice on network systems, software, and resources for learning programs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ICT incidents and issues.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in maintaining and supporting ICT network infrastructure and initiatives.
  • Experience in contributing to the development and improvement of ICT administrative systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in installing equipment, software, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to provide technical advice on network systems, software, and resources for learning programs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve ICT incidents.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • A Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.

Delivering Dynamic Support

As a key member of the ICT team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support across a wide range of ICT tasks. This includes contributing to the effective running and maintenance of the ICT network infrastructure and initiatives, assisting in the development and operations of school administrative systems and databases, and providing technical advice on network systems, software, and resources for learning programs.
