Job Title

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to oversee day-to-day farm operations, maintain spare parts inventory, complete weekly feed orders, and support other operational duties.

  • Ensure all livestock is treated humanely and in compliance with established animal welfare standards.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, cleaning duties, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Identify and escalate animal welfare, food safety, and quality issues, hazards, and risks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily farm operations, including livestock care and maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, feed orders, and other operational activities.
  • Coordinating with other team members to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements for Success:

  • Able to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Good level of fitness required, as manual handling up to 15kg may be involved.
