Senior Business Solutions Architect

This challenging role involves driving the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O projects to deliver business solutions for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting demos and presales presentations, building customer relationships, and advising them on how to use Dynamics to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration with clients to define project requirements, scope, and desired outcomes through workshops.
  • Deliver client consultancy and product configuration services that align with business needs.
  • Develop solution prototypes to demonstrate solution approach and design.
  • Participate in presales presentations and demonstrations, providing input for RFI/RFPs.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality client solutions and project documentation, including support for testing activities.
  • Perform and lead user acceptance testing, conduct training sessions, and facilitate change management and adoption of the solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of the F&O space from end to end.
  • Extensive commercial experience in installation, configuration, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • A deep understanding of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology, agile vs. waterfall approach.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, JIRA, CDS dual write.
  • Persuasive presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend point of view.
