Project Scheduling Expert Wanted

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Integrated Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of major programmes through effective schedule management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams.
  • Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Conduct regular reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates.
  • Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams.
  • Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules.
  • Lead regular reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Primavera P6 Expertise – Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
  • Infrastructure Experience – Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery.
  • Schedule Integration – Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme.
  • Critical Path Analysis – Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies.
  • Reporting Tools – Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting.
  • Communication Skills – Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
