Job Title: Program Scheduler

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled program scheduler to support our delivery teams in ensuring projects and programs across different streams are scheduled effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project or program scheduling, ideally in construction or infrastructure delivery environments.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop, review, and administer schedules for multiple government projects and programs using contemporary scheduling systems.

  2. Build and maintain detailed schedules for current and future pipeline projects, ensuring they align with time and resource requirements.

  3. Collaborate with supervisors and the departments team to schedule apprentices to projects/maintenance tasks that meet training competencies.

  4. Develop and maintain program dashboards to track project status, construction progress, and resource utilization.

  5. Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure a consistent scheduling approach and accurate project execution/reporting.

  6. Identify and resolve resourcing issues, escalating where necessary.

Key Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in project or program scheduling, ideally in construction or infrastructure delivery environments.

  2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Professional and data processing/manipulation.

  3. Strong ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources.

  4. Knowledge of construction scheduling and management methodologies.

  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate outcomes.
