As a Program Planning and Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for managing program and project planning and scheduling activities. This includes leading the integrated program schedule, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing support to project managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and scheduling functions and team
  • Collaborating and managing the integrated program schedule
  • Providing planning and scheduling support to project managers
  • Developing and maintaining schedules for 4D BIM
  • Monitoring and advising on internal and external schedule changes
  • Supporting estimating, monitoring, and performance assessment of project costs
  • Assessing and advising on internal and external project risks
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual program and project reviews

Requirements include:

  • Relevant qualifications in program and project management, planning, and scheduling
  • A minimum of ten years proven experience in planning and scheduling roles
  • Experience with industry-standard scheduling tools, particularly Primavera P6
  • Ability to integrate schedule and cost data for CPM and EV analysis
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
