Clinical Leader in Paediatric Occupational Therapy and Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Leader, providing clinical leadership and quality assurance in paediatric healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, client-driven therapy services to children in their homes and community environments, focusing on personal goal attainment.
- Contribute to clinical governance and quality management initiatives, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Assist with service development and quality improvement projects, enhancing the overall quality of care.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including other health professionals, families, and community members, to provide individualised support plans.
- Develop and maintain accurate, timely reports and intervention plans, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- An approved degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the relevant Australian governing body (e.g., AHPRA).
- Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent), or willingness to complete them.
- Current and unrestricted driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
- Experience providing paediatric allied health services, preferably in quality management roles.
- A passion for helping and assisting diverse clients, with evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module.
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with individuals with disabilities desirable.
- A competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
