As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a dynamic and varied environment helping customers achieve their financial goals.

You'll thrive in an environment that's changing with digitization, educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or sales, demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results, and the ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Your key responsibilities will include using your knowledge and expertise to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, and recommend bank products and services to achieve their financial goals.

You'll build connections with the community, support customers, give back, and make a positive impact. You'll work collaboratively with the team to meet goals in a culture that values risk and compliance.
