Occupational Therapist Role

This role involves assisting individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.

You will evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.

  • You will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • You will perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • You are responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • You will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have professional registration with AHPRA, tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, and a current Working with Children Check. You should also be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
