Key Mortgage Broker Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker/Loan Writer to join our team.

This is a key role where you will be working with clients to understand their financial goals and assess requirements. You will provide personalized mortgage strategy advice, assess borrowing capacity, and recommend lender options. Collaboration with investment consultants for property investment and SMSF strategy sales is also required.

  • Assess client requirements and provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Collaborate with investment consultants for property investment and SMSF strategy sales
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, such as NCCP and ASIC Regulations

The ideal candidate will have experience as a qualified Mortgage Broker/Loan Writer with House and Land loans and SMSF loans experience. They will also have strong lender policy knowledge and quick refinancing turn-around times. Self-motivation, high organization skills, and a commitment to a strong work ethic are essential attributes for this role.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma & Professional Membership with MFAA or FBAA preferred
  • Strong lender policy knowledge and experience with House and Land loans and SMSF loans
  • Quick refinancing turn-around times and off-the-plan lending solutions
