This role requires demonstrated experience in designing and delivering development programs, events, and cyclical processes with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in using LMS and excel reporting is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. ID Capability Needs: Identify areas where employees require skill enhancement to drive business outcomes.
  2. Design Engaging Learning Programs: Develop effective training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  3. Implement Technology Integration: Seamlessly integrate technology such as Workday and LMS into existing workflows.
  4. Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Adult Learning Principles: Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering development programs, events, and cyclical processes.
  • LMS & Excel Reporting: Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and excel reporting for data analysis.
