Job Opportunity: Innovative Service Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and implementation of innovative service models, ensuring lasting change in communities.

This key role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders, provision of expert guidance on innovation and service design, and driving the execution of national flagship service models.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • To foster strategic relationships with relevant service delivery leaders and staff
  • To maintain an in-depth understanding of the service portfolios
  • To provide expert advice, guidance, tools, and resources for service design and innovation related enquiries
  • To provide coaching and support to service delivery teams to identify, scope, and implement opportunities
  • To design and implement national Flagship Service Models in line with international best practice
  • To collaborate with local staff to critically review and redesign service models for greater impact
  • To work with the finance team to develop financial models
  • To contribute to priority tenders and proposals as agreed with the National Manager
  • To build capacity for human-centered design by creating resources, training, and capacity-building activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for human-centered design approaches, including co-design and person-informed service design
  • Ability to implement human-centered design work in a community service context
  • Proven ability to synthesize and analyze complex information from various sources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Ability to critically evaluate service performance data and program financials

Requirements
