Job Overview
Sustainability and safety are at the core of this role, where you will drive environmental excellence across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with industry best practices.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Oversee the implementation of ISO standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal alignment.
• Design and lead innovative recycling programs, reducing waste and supporting net zero goals.
• Deliver engaging training, conduct audits, and strengthen crisis management plans.
• Travel to sites across Australia and New Zealand (5–6 times per year), managing your schedule while staying connected to regional teams and partners.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or occupational health and safety.
• Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials (e.g., IOSH) preferred.
• Proven experience in sustainability systems, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
