Product Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy Product Analyst to join our managed account team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the onboarding of new managed account portfolios, enhancing product documentation, and driving strategic improvements across fees, costs, and disclosure.

The successful candidate will work closely with investment governance, operations, IT, and sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With over 130 suites of managed accounts and a strong pipeline of opportunities, this is a unique chance to contribute to one of our most dynamic and impactful areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the onboarding of new managed account portfolios.
  • Review and update Product Disclosure Statements (PDS).
  • Analyse and improve fee and cost methodologies to enhance competitiveness.
  • Leverage Power BI and internal data to generate business insights and metrics.
  • Conduct industry research and support due diligence documentation, competitor analysis and committee processes.
About You

You're a proactive and collaborative analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable working with data, managing documents, and engaging with stakeholders across the business. You bring a strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the managed accounts space.

  • Experienced in superannuation, wealth management, or investments, particularly within managed accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in document preparation and review.
  • Comfortable using Excel and data tools; Power BI experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities across internal and external teams.
  • Exposure to product management and PDS creation is highly valued.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
