About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception/Office Admin to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Creating spreadsheets, sending correspondence, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Using Sugar CRM to track and update meetings, calls, and emails.
- Organizing marketing meetings and events.
- File Management:
- Assisting with creditor-related tasks.
- Updating Proof of Debt Lodgements and employee entitlements.
- Managing file-related tasks such as issuing payslips and confirming bank details.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including Reception.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Warm and welcoming customer service/communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Sugar CRM).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
Working Arrangements:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with an hour lunch break.
- Initial 6-8 week assignment with opportunity for full-time permanent position.
- Weekly timesheets.
- Training and handover will be provided.
