Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Digital Insurance Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting squad, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the insurance industry and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in workshops to understand client problems and define project scope
  • Analyze business value drivers, customer needs, and current technology and operational capabilities
  • Support the translation of requirements into solution designs, collaborating with digital squads
  • Help prioritize work for project squads to optimize value to clients
  • Communicate with key client stakeholders and Cognizant leaders, focusing on scope, requirements, actions, and follow-up activities
  • Produce high-quality presentation documents, process maps, and user stories
  • Support consulting managers at any stage of the engagement lifecycle
Requirements
  • Experience as a business or technology analyst in the insurance industry, including a role in internal or external consulting
  • Knowledge of how to configure or experience in the use of technologies that manage core insurance processes, such as claims, insurance product management, Guidewire, or DuckCreek
  • Understanding of the core value drivers of businesses in the insurance industry
  • Track record of delivering new value to organizations or clients through digital transformation
  • Experience structuring workshops to land at decisions and creating artefacts to focus groups on addressing problems
  • Foundational storytelling and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Application of contemporary digital methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean Start Up, or Agile Delivery
  • Application of process improvement and project delivery methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or PRINCE2
  • Foundational certifications in Guidewire or DuckCreek
