We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to drive the development and delivery of comprehensive metrics reports, enhance HR systems, manage employee movement processes, and execute reward initiatives.
About the Role:
- This role is ideal for an individual with experience in remuneration, data management, or reporting, particularly within HR or people-related functions.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to create innovative solutions that drive business outcomes in dynamic environments.
- This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Metrics Reporting: Develop and deliver monthly metrics reports that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- HR System Enhancement: Enhance HR systems to facilitate seamless collaboration between teams and optimize processes.
- Employee Movement Management: Manage employee movement processes, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines.
- Reward Initiative Execution: Execute reward initiatives, supporting job evaluations and cyclical remuneration activity.
- Position Management Framework: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a robust position management framework.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in remuneration, data management, or reporting, with a focus on HR or people-related functions.
- Excellent analytical skills, managing multiple priorities and turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in HR Systems, especially SuccessFactors and PowerBI.
