Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimisation: Develop and implement processes that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and sales teams. Collaborate with external partners to drive business growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with process mapping tools and data analysis software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organise, and interpret complex data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in business operations, project management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and lean principles.
