Warehouse and Logistics Professional

">Job Description:

The role of the Warehouse and Logistics Professional is to provide warehouse and logistics services in line with Supply Chain Process. This includes ensuring timely delivery of work to standard and maintaining a safe and clean environment for oneself and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to production departments by ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are readily available for consumption into projects.
  • Offer warehouse and logistics services throughout facilities in accordance with Supply Chain process.
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely while maintaining an operator license.
  • Stow, pick, package, and handle goods in line with Supply Chain procedures for safe storage and/or transit of goods.
Requirements:
  • Current forklift license
  • Current manual driver's license
  • 2+ years of relevant warehousing and logistics experience
  • Working experience in a computerized ERP environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dangerous Goods (DG) handling experience within a Marine Support, Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence organization
  • Certificate III in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Participation in High Performing Team training
  • Pronto or IFS experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
