'Miles' serves as a comprehensive ERP solution, integrating front-, mid-, and back-office functionalities that can be tailored extensively to meet client specifications through configuration.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring that you maintain a strong relationship with your clients. As a consultant, you will provide expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and effective problem-solving strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Evaluating the requirements and their implications.
- Crafting both functional and technical solutions based on the gathered requirements.
- Engaging in negotiations with clients regarding special requests while considering product consistency and strategic alignment.
- Configuring the functional solutions and overseeing the configuration process.
You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary project team, employing agile methodologies such as scrum and daily stand-ups. Your colleagues will support you in technical areas, including data migration, testing, and development.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. You should be comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting solutions or completed modules to clients.
Your analytical mindset will enable you to translate business needs into system requirements and devise suitable solutions. Additionally, you should have a keen interest in understanding and documenting various business processes.
Additional expectations include:
- 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in English, as we operate on an international scale.
- Familiarity with leasing or mobility concepts is advantageous, although comprehensive onboarding will be provided.
- Willingness to travel as required.
