Our Field Service teams are a professional, trusted, and essential customer-facing workforce. They're the friendly faces, confident voices, and skilled hands working on our network and in communities every day.

As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will contribute to something important and lasting - a network that spans our country, bringing unlimited possibilities to Australian homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet.
  • Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
  • Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
  • Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician.
