About the Role

We're expanding our office in Bellambi, and this is your chance to be part of a growing team with a strong mix of experience — from trainee technicians to respected industry veterans.

We're looking for experienced Soil Technicians to take on a variety of responsibilities, including both field and laboratory testing across a broad range of methods, following site Health & Safety procedures, and liaising directly with contractors, clients, and internal staff.

This role is ideal for someone who's ready for a new challenge, whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or seeking more diverse and flexible opportunities. You'll be joining a supportive team culture and a business that's growing rapidly, giving you the chance to make a real impact.

To be successful you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CMT
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and TfNSW Test Methods
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Reliability, a solid work ethic, and physical fitness for manual handling tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • Radiation Nuke Licence
  • OHS Construction White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence
