Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Food Service Team Member to join our culinary team. Our resort boasts over 370 luxurious rooms, a refreshing pool, a vibrant lagoon for water activities, and a range of delicious dining options.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen areas. As a valued member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team to:

  • Ensure all food and beverage spaces are tidy.
  • Adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations and employ proper food handling techniques.
  • Prepare and ensure the availability of mise en place as needed.
  • Support other areas of the kitchen and collaborate with the chef on duty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
